We collect personally identifiable information relating to your order (including name, email, password, and any communications relating to your order details); We also collect any order comments, feedback, product reviews, and

recommendations you wish to share with us.

When you conduct a transaction on our website or offline via email, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address to process your order. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

a. On our website:

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s secure data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

b. Through other ordering methods such as email:

Data retrieved via email such as any information you send to us, such as contact information, email addresses, and general wedding information for your invitations and stationery is done so for the sole purpose of processing your

order and creating your bespoke stationery.

 

Data is stored on our internal hard drives and in email archives. We use Gmail email addresses; a product of Google who are fully GDPR compliant.

Payments are taken via bank transfer so we don’t store a customers payment details when ordering via email, this is all done securely within our bank.

Payments taken via PayPal are securely recorded within our PayPal account, PayPal is fully compliant with GDPR and has rigorous safety and security in place.

c. Sharing information with third parties:

I never share your personal information with any individual or company who are not part of your order processing unless required by law. My Little Future the brand has partnered with a number of selected service providers,

whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance our own.

This includes:

Suppliers of materials and printing services; who if used by us to help create your product or service will receive your design file which may include your personal details such as your names, wedding location, and contact numbers and addresses for rsvp’s, the details which you include on your designed invitation or stationery are the only details which will be shared with any suppliers. They are not permitted to use these details further in anyway. Our suppliers are located both in the UK, the EU and Asia.

C2. Any billing and payment processing services (such as PayPal, and our banking service Lloyds Bank). Please note that while our Services may contain links to other websites or services, we are not responsible for such websites’ or services’ privacy practices. We do however take pride in partnering with safe and secure third party organisations.

 
5. How do we communicate with our website visitors and customers?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account/order, to troubleshoot problems with your account/order, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

6. Promotional Messages

If subscribed to our mailing list, My Little Future the brand will use your email address only to send you communications including product updates, promotional offers and wedding ideas and inspiration. If you do not wish to receive these emails anymore you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe button. We limit the amount of promotional content we send you at any one time, and pride ourselves on making our emails worth while with regular savings and offers being included.

7. How do you use cookies and other tracking tools on your website?

Our website collects the following cookies View list here Our cookies are there for security purposes during website sessions and where a login is entered to identify the user.

My Little Future the brand users GDPR compliant third-party services such as Google Analytics to measure the amount of activity on our website, see our most popular product listings and pages, and to see a customers activity on the website. This is not linked to other personal data or IP addresses, so we can’t see the exact activity you are undertaking, we are just provided with a summary of the common movements on the website for future development and user friendly experiences on our website.

8. Data Retention:

We may retain your personal information for as long as your order is active and for follow up communications to ensure you are happy with your purchase. After a sufficient amount of time, your contact/order details will be erased from our records. If you have opted to hear from us via our mailing list we will continue to contact you until otherwise notified via the unsubscribe function.
